Multi Country Sales Tax Module (MCST)Administering sales tax declarations across different EU countries can indeed be challenging. Standard Dynamics 365 (D365) doesn’t fully support this functionality, often requiring the setup of different legal entities, which adds administrative burden. This is where the DycoTrade Multi-Country Sales Tax (MCST) module comes in. The core issue with standard D365 is that it only considers one side of the transaction (destination for sales or origin for purchases) when determining the sales tax group. However, in practice, both origin and destination need to be considered for both sales and purchase transactions. The DycoTrade MCST module addresses this by intervening in the determination of the sales tax group on order lines. It defines more trigger points to determine the sales tax group and uses a multi-country sales tax matrix based on various parameters from the order line. This solution automates the determination of sales tax groups, generates accurate EU Sales List reports, and simplifies Intrastat reporting. Commodity Futures (CX) can be allocated to individual physical sales and purchase orders, offering full transparency of risk positions. To mitigate the risk of fluctuating product prices in time, organizations use Future contracts. DycoTrade’s Futures & Hedging module registers these contracts, which can be allocated to purchase or sales orders, reducing price rate risk. Integrations with leading Exchanges such as LME, CBOT etc. are available.
